review the following questions to ascertain whether your PC needs attention: |

1. Does your computer run slower than when you
first bought it, especially when you first start up the machine?
2. Do you receive unwelcome pop-ups advertising
random products and services?
3. Are you offered downloads that are not linked to
the task you are trying to accomplish?
4. Does your hard disk seem to be filling itself?
5. Does your homepage setting have a mind of its
own?
6. When you use Internet Explorer, are websites
installing themselves on your "Favorites" list without your permission?
7. When you use Internet Explorer, have extra
toolbars or unwanted icons installed themselves without your permission?
If you can answer yes to any of the above questions, your computer may well be under attack. Regain control of
